Question: Why is it OK for a "respected" person in the hobby like Mr. Korn to slam a great game like RBION, but if someone from the HEP wing of the hobby takes a shot at a Stern dog, all heck breaks loose?
So, HEP is high end pins. CH owns HEP. People who buy games and have them restored by HEP pay a high premuim. Often higher than a brand new game (sometimes 2-3 times or more). These guys are expecting to get some kind of special pass because they throw money around. Gary is just proving he is another rich kid bitching at the people he wish he could hang with.
Who died and left the freaks the deciders as to what is good and bad?The fact is that the artwork on the Stern's continues to be a major problem with the games. They tend to play nicely, but some of the plastics, translites and side art are so bad that the games look laughable next to a classic HEP WMS remake.
OK, so Korn took some shots at a game, Gary takes some himself. Now why is it that he is bitching again?
WPT for example ... or look at the Goblin on Spiderman ... how about the apron decals on Elvis ... or the translite on Family Guy ... how about the cabinet art on NascarThat's professional stuff?Meanwhile, if John P. can put so many features in a silly Zizzle game for $200, why are the Stern games as stripped down as they seem to be at 20 times the price?

remember- this guy HATES the designer Steve Richie for calling him out on his lies about WPT pinball and the op sytem in it. He has no pinball knowledge and Steve called him out on it.
If they are going to license Spiderman, where is Tobey Mcguire? At least with T3 they got the full license and cooperation from Arnold ... Wether you like him or not, Tobey is very much a part of the Spiderman franchise.
Wow, this guy is a freaking idiot. Every pinball machine that put the actor's face from the movie gets a big thumbs DOWN from people that own it. Spidey isn't an actor. It's a comic. Asking for his face just shows you how out of touch this guy is and a lame attack on the designer.
During the movie they even have him unmasked during many Spiderman scenes.Pay $4300 for this?You have got to be kidding me ...The playfield looks like a bowling alleyand if there was ever a game to ditch the pixels, it was this onebut your opinion may vary ...

* Thanks to the GREAT Cliff Piel for selling me his awesome CH T2 ... great guy to do business with ... Cliff had without a doubt the finest T2 in the country and now it sits safe and sound, protected forever here in Arizona

Gary Cubeta is a nearly insane pinball "collector" in Scotsdale, AZ. He has terrorized a great newsgroup RGP (rec.games.pinball) with troll qualities. He knows little of pinball and how a hobby is supposed to work. Instead, he keeps spreading hate and anger amonst the hobby.
Gary decided to take his bile to the internet "airwaves" and have a pinball based show. It started good enough with some interviews and such, but soon turned into a hate filled show blasting everyone that wasn't him or his agenda.
His show crashed and burned, he left RGP claiming never to return, he kept his web page to use it as a way to post his garbage without people being able to respond. Sort of a cheap shot from behind his keyboard.
